Salary $90,000 to $100,000 per year-Plus Bonus!

You Will

Based in our corporate office in Orlando Florida, the Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading an HR and administrative support team at multiple locations, and will apply business knowledge and Human Resource expertise to our operational and functional partners throughout your specified region. You will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice, and play a key role in the success of the organization’s processes, procedures, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship amongst all Team Members.

Essential

  • Implement and execute our policies and procedures relating to all aspects of human resources activities.
  • Serve as Coach and mentor to Stations.
  • Training, Development, and Talent Management
  • Coach and liaison for General Management.
  • Conduct annual training as necessary.
  • Partner with Management to establish Human Resources strategies.
  • Policy Administration – Ensure compliance with all company/legal policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
  • Provide advice and consultation to operations, safety, finance, and HR management.
  • Change Management – Recommend changes, innovative approaches, policies, and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration. 
  • Equal Employment Opportunity plans, objectives and response assistance.
  • Champion employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations Management – Manage internal and external complaints within the region from notification through resolution.
  • Participate in collective bargaining process, grievances, arbitration.
  • Deploy, implement, and ensure the CBA is followed.
  • Assist with responses to discovery requests.
  • Process and vetting of employee separations.
  • Coordinate performance managment program by ensuring performance expectations and policy guidance is achieved.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to all levels of management.
  • Perform project work and other duties as assigned.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, training.
  • Three to five years progressive Human Resources experience.
  • PHR, SHRM, or other specific Human Resource qualifications preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR best practices; local, state, and federal employment law and regulations, including California.

  • Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, create a team environment

  • Highly organized with ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must manage confidential matters with appropriate discretion
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 20%)
  • Must deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
