You Will

Operational related responsibilities:

  • Provide national coverage for multiple locations across the United States for assigned customers
  • Ensure that the day-to-day operation is using the proper and most updated documentation for assigned customers
  • Ensure equipment inventories are submitted in time to the assigned customers by the local account management according to the customer schedules.
  • Support the Executive Chef in coordinating menu presentations/ chef tables and any special presentations for the assigned customers. Ensure appropriate unit key personnel are invited to attend.
  • Support the Production department with all relevant documents needed for airline cycle changes. This includes but doesn’t limit to holding menu meetings, price accuracy, and ensuring that cycle changes are transparent.
  • Monitor and ensure that loading data and billing of the customer are accurate.
  • Coordinate and participate in all kitchen evaluations for your assigned customers; distribute evaluation feedback to general managers and ensure an appropriate response is provided in a timely, detailed manner.
  • Work closely with account managers in order to make sure seamless communication flow between commercial and operation is guaranteed
  • Communicate with operations managers and general managers as needed and directly to department managers for the assigned customers for all related commercial matters
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with customer safety and equipment policies/procedures

Commercial relates responsibilities:

  • Support the Director Commercial and VP Commercial in tender processes for new and existing customers
  • Being the liaison between the kitchens and the assigned customers for all commercial matters
  • Organize customer visits and meal presentations in cooperation with Director of Commercial
  • Responsible for recording all necessary commercial changes during meal presentation
  • Discuss and develop all commercial issues during customer agreement terms, communicate and liaise with respective Dnata facility/entity
  • Work closely with purchasing department in order to keep pricing matrixes up to date
  • Follow-up on action plans to ensure customer satisfaction; follow-up with the customer to communicate actions taken to resolve issues
  • Other duties as assigned

You Have

  • Minimum of an associate degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Must have driver’s license and pass Port Authority background check.
  • Proficiency with Excel & Word.
  • Frequent travel and flexibility are required.
