Responsibilities

• Produce high volume, high-quality food from menus.
• Various cooking duties – (grilling, preparing sauces, etc).
• Maintain HACCAP procedures, sanitary regulations, etc.
• Maintain a safe work environment to help with preventing accidents to self and coworkers.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a high volume food service with at least 1-year experience/exposure to menu research and development.
• A reliable, quality-conscious, safe worker.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hot kitchen.
• Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices.
• Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team.
• HACCP knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-organized.
• Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
