Overnight Carpenter Foreman position for direct hire that offers a 4-day work week schedule and paid travel time to and from job sites!

DMC Facility Services is a fast paced, family owned company, seeking a 3rd shift Foreman to join our team. Candidates must be career minded, have prior customer service experience, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to understand and translate customer needs and wants throughout the company.

We are focused on providing the highest quality craftsmanship throughout the facilities maintenance sector, including remodels and renovations, electrical services, tile and specialty flooring services, ceiling and wall replacement, doors and hardware, exterior services, and more. Responsibilities

• Daily performance of commercial carpentry, floor tile repairs, FRP Installation, minor plumbing and electric, disconnect and reconnect of commercial equipment,, commercial door and hardware, acoustical ceiling systems, and general construction duties
• Ability to work, supervise and motivate groups of employees to perform project duties
• Communicate daily with Project Managers, clearly complete paperwork, job scopes, material lists for work performed
• Ability to email and communicate via mobile device i.e iPad applications
• Ability to travel regionally overnight. Hotel and meals paid by company

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform project assignments in compliance with industry standards
• Safety training OSHA 10 minimum or OSHA 30 validation card
• Valid US Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to Fax, Scan and EMAIL Photos
• Ability to work in high pressure situations due to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Great customer service skills or willingness to train
• Applicant's must own personal hand tools for their trade
