DMC Facility Services is Hiring a Part Time Warehouse Driver Near Venice, FL
DMC Facility Services is a fast paced, family owned company, seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. Our team of experts is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate/Driver with knowledge on shipping, receiving, inventory and picking up materials in a company vehicle. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and warehouse experience.
We service Fortune 500 companies within the restaurant and retail industries. We are focused on providing the highest quality craftsmanship throughout the facilities maintenance sector, including remodels and renovations, electrical services, tile and specialty flooring services, ceiling and wall replacement, doors and hardware, exterior services, and more. For the last 25 years, we’ve prided ourselves on building relationships with our customers that are founded on honesty, respect, and trust.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to drive, walk or stand for prolonged periods
- Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform duties both outside and inside
- Prior warehouse, forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
- General construction/carpentry knowledge is a plus
- Current valid drivers license
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- "Pick, pack and push" work
- Picking up material from suppliers
- Delivering equipment to job sites
- Warehouse organization
- Material pick ups locally around Venice, Sarasota and Port Charlotte as necessary for certain materials with occasionally pick-ups in Tampa or Fort Myers.
- General inventory duties including notifying project coordinators of low stock materials
- Other duties as requested by the management team
