Position Overview:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting external candidates with the talent and potential to meet the needs of our growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and write job descriptions/ prepare job postings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment metrics.
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview and screen candidates during various hiring stages, including phone screening, first-round and second-round interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates for a wide variety of positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and job boards)
