Summary : The Capital Coordinator will ensure smooth and prompt investment operations. Process Investments from investor subscription intake through funding and be the investors' "go-to" person for ongoing investor retention and success by delivering uncompromising WOW service. 

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years in the financial services industry, wealth management firm or Executive Administrative experience.
• Understanding or familiarity of retirement benefit plans (ex. defined contribution plans, IRAs) and Custodian processes.
• Work as part of a team to cultivate and manage client relationships

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

• Operations side of Investment Opportunities. Prepare and manage high volume of investor documents
• Validate and qualify new investors and clients. Uphold compliance regulations - Quality Control.
• Maintain and update Applications for the Investment processes which include an Investor Portal, CRM and a document depository related to customer accounts.
• Familiarity of or a desire to learn Custodian processes in the retirement industry in relation to defined benefit and defined contribution plans, SDIRA and IRAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills when working with peers, senior management, team members and vendors
• Commitment to culture requires a demonstration of professionalism, attendance, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Individual must possess good analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
