Summary : The Digital Designer is responsible for the production of graphics and creative assets, as well as communications support for the Investments function of DLP Capital with a heavy focus on business report and presentation design. This role will work under the direction of the Risk and Underwriting team to create all of the design collateral needed to support an expansive real estate acquisitions business while interfacing with DLP's creative services team

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

• 3 years design experience
• Experience with financial reporting
• Proficiency in In-Design, Illustrator, Creative Suite
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and consistently execute on deadline
• Extreme attention to detail

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

• Design high quality professional financial and investment reporting that displays complex information in an easy to read, compelling fashion while adhering to brand standard
• Execute projects in a variety of media including print, web, display and interactive
• Digital advertisement design (HTML5)
• Webinar design
• Content management and scheduled deployment of properties
• Execute on high volume financial presentations
• Help with digital campaigns including lead flows, creative, forms and tracking.
• Actively provide feedback and design solutions to the design team.
