Summary : The Content Creator's role is to write, shoot, produce, and edit high-level, story-driven content in both visual and audible forms and to maintain video, audio, and social media marketing standards across DLP Capital. The role is responsible to make sure that all A/V channels remain open and live generating views, listens, and leads while being monitored to optimize performance.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

• Minimum 3 Years Experience
• Have a solid understanding of video production - lighting, composition, audio and video capture. Must be able to perform these duties or share/manage them with a small team
• Proficiency in AV editing software. Adobe Suite preferred
• Basic motion graphics proficiency
• Solid portfolio showcasing a breadth of mastery across the medium.

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

• Drive the execution of the overall multimedia production for DLP Capital
• Drive the execution of the video and podcast development initiatives
• Work with Marketing Directors to develop clear, effective Inbound/outbound Marketing campaigns, with a focus on video marketing that drives leads and convert leads into clients
• Lead the creation of the photography, video and corresponding media elements for webinars, calls and events
• Identify and suggest improvements to the quality and performance of online video and social media marketing communications
• Plan photography, video and audio projects for all key events, and own the roll out and execution from A to Z. Deliver all audio and video results with appropriate sound, graphics and branding within the DLP Capital Brand
• Work with marketing directors and business leaders to define the marketing deliverables and ensure implementation of plan with the in-house fulfillment team and/or external vendors
• Own all podcast initiatives from A to Z, including budget approval, content calendar development, production and execution
• Help manage video and audio ad campaigns and ensure proper KPIs, tracking and analytics are in place and performance is optimized across all video, radion and social campaigns
• Hold vendors (audio, video, photography) accountable for assigned projects
• Attend and Capture Video for all DLP events
