DLH Corp is Hiring a Site Manager (Fort Gordon) Near Augusta, GA

Overview

DLH is seeking a Site Manager to successfully implement Medical Readiness Training Command (MRTC) contractual requirements for the site. This position is located at Fort Gordon with limited travel expected. The position is focused on providing medical, clinical, maintenance, and logistics in support of individual and collective training events.

The Site Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all PWS requirements for the Site, including but not limited to, management of all staff, accountability and maintenance of assigned equipment, providing quality customized training to units and individuals, and meeting requirements of Medical Readiness Training Command (MRTC) Commander's vision.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary Government interface at the site level.
  • Provides efficient, effective site program execution, meeting all PWS requirements.
  • Leads and develops a diverse site staff in the performance of all training, maintenance, logistic, and administrative requirements.
  • Collaborates with the entire RTS-Team to support objectives and meet customer requirements.
  • Leads and/or supports development of technical and management solutions by proving and working with subject area experts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, health administration, project management or other related discipline and 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 10 years of military experience as NCO or Officer (AMEDD/MEDCoE) or recent experience in similar program
  • Track record of providing efficient, effective program execution
  • Experience in providing accurate training, operations and financial reporting/tracking
  • Ability to identify and resolves contractual issues
  • Ensures timely resolution of employee concerns
  • Ability to facilitates sub-interface/ communications
  • Experience in program monitoring and reporting
  • Experience in maintaining and executing site program/complex project schedules
  • Previous experience is leading project services and deliverables on assigned operational support
  • Track record of efficient, effective site management and program execution
  • Expert communicator who promotes constant open and honest communication
  • Knowledgeable of techniques and tools to monitor and manage site costs
  • Ability to build relationships with the Army client and customers.
  • Sound leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant activities, performing as Site Manager.
  • The ability to operate at the senior level; influence, negotiate and close.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, experience providing presentations to large groups, comfortable conversing with very senior military personnel (i.e., General Officers)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word a must)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, health administration, project management or other related discipline and 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 10 years of military experience as NCO or Officer (AMEDD/MEDCoE experience preferred) and/or experience on similar programs.
  • Must be US Citizens and pass a background investigation
