Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. What You will be doing:

  • Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
  • Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out
  • Book calls when necessary
  • Build installs and book estimates
  • Debrief calls and input all information from call into system
  • Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:

  • One year of dispatch work experience required
  • Customer service and phone experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Required 40 WPM
