Description:  

diwo® innovative Decision Intelligence platform is changing the way enterprises utilize AI to transform themselves. This is a very exciting time in diwo’s growth, and we are seeking a technical product manager to help the company expand and scale. This is an extremely visible position, and the product manager is responsible for guiding the development of the diwo platform as well as leading the implementation of diwo with clients. 

We are looking for an ambitious, multi-talented product manager to help drive the vision, specification and delivery of our expanding product offering. This includes managing products through their lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, determining and writing the specifications and working closely with engineers to deliver winning products. At the same time working closely with the rest of the organization including sales, marketing, solutions and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements / Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify use cases from internal partners and define feature requirements and product specs
  • Write product and technical requirements broken down into features and delivery tasks
  • Work with project managers and engineers to ensure requirements are understood, and that deliverables are within timelines, and meets defined quality standards
  • Work with cross-functional partners to establish roadmaps, and process and feedback loops to continuously improve products
  • Define product strategy and roadmap while conducting market research and competition assessment
  • Participate in peer review and sign-off of others work
  • Establish product metrics to measure the success of our product lines in relation to overall diwo product and company goals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years experience as a technical product manager at a technology company
  • Experience writing product specifications from both business and technology standpoint
  • Experience driving feature execution alongside Engineering
  • Prior software development experience with data driven product companies using Spark, SQL, Python, Scala or advanced analytical tools is a plus
  • Experience with distributed computing technologies such as Akka, Kafka, Lagom and related technologies and deep knowledge in building Java and Scala based microservices
  • Knowledge about cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud (GC)
  • Experience with the data collection process and evaluation methods for Machine Learning products is a huge plus
  • Experience using OKRs to drive product outcomes
  • Experience with data-driven, enterprise products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the enterprise 
  • Excellent teamwork skills including ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

 Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • MBA is a plus
