ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Atmosphere TV is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our Employee Wellness Center team. As a Spa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our employees.

Must live in Austin, TX or the surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Greet and welcome employees to the Wellness Center in a friendly and professional manner.-

* Assist employees in booking appointments for spa services and provide information about available services.

* Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas.

* Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and equipment before each appointment.

* Ensure the safety and well-being of employees during spa sessions.- Provide post-treatment guidance and wellness tips.

* Assist in maintaining inventory of spa supplies and products.- Handle credit card transactions for spa services and retail products.

* Collaborate with other members of the Wellness Center team to ensure a seamless and exceptional employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Proven experience as a Spa Attendant or in a similar role.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide personalized attention to employees.- Knowledge of various spa treatments and their benefits.

* Ability to perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body treatments.- Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and payment processing.

* Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized spa environment.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* Certification in relevant spa therapies or willingness to obtain certification.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
