SFG is seeking a motivated individual with a professional demeanor to fulfill an office manager / executive assistant and event coordination role. This individual must be a self starter who can see what needs to be done and do it. The primary responsibilities will be focused on office management; including greeting visitors, managing calls, scheduling, handling mail, and providing general administrative and office support. Secondary responsibilities will be focused on assisting others in event execution; including sending invitations, maintaining the RSVP list, and ensuring all the details for the venue are executed.
