Busy and growing tax/financial planning practice in Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking a full-time, knowledgeable accounting professional to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• Must be proficient with QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office required
• Perform after the fact monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting services for clients in many different industries
• Prepare and file sales tax
• Prepare and file payroll taxes
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations including year end tie outs to tax returns
• Understanding and interpreting company financials, general ledgers and posting journal entries
• Assist with any other items as needed

Qualifications:

• MUST have 3 years of experience.
• Attention to detail is a must as most of the work is deadline oriented.
• Must be proficient in Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online
• Quickbooks Pro Advisor is A
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Candidate MUST be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
