Responsibilities

• Coding and Review all invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Routing all invoices using Doclink for approval prior to payment
• Use excel to create import templates for invoice processing
• Process daily/weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Assist with reconciliation of credit cards and making online payments, as needed

• Manage Multiple Outlook Email Inboxes with quick but accurately responses to inquiries
• Assist Accounts Payable Director with 1099 maintenance and 1099 Processing
• Respond to all vendor inquiries by email or phone calls
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain Vendor Data files thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assist VP of Finance/Controller and Accounts Payable Director with other projects as needed
• Assist with day to day operations as needed for Accounts Payable Department.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• 1099 Miscellaneous experience
• High school diploma required,
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
• Thorough knowledge of coding
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with team members and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to speak and write English
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
