Billing System Migration Technical Project Manager

Overview - CAS Group is currently seeking an experienced Billing System Project Manager to join our team and support our cable client with the following responsibility.

Manage, plan, monitor and report on key projects from conception through implementation.
Manage project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.
Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.
Meet with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.
Work with Cross-Functional teams to secure estimates, finalize end-to-end project schedules and manage accordingly.
Manage dependencies and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner to mitigate and reduce impacts.
Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a Project Management role managing projects in the BSS/OSS space
Hands on experience with CSG and/or ICOMS billing platforms
Deep experience in the cable/telecommunications industry highly preferred
Experience with customer migrations highly preferred
PMP highly preferred.
