Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET Senior)

Interview Process: In future SDET interview, please let the developer know that we will have hands on coding writing a Test in JavaScript using Selenium, Mocha Framework as a Node.JS project. We prefer to use Visual Studio Code as the IDE, but the candidate can use other IDEs if they dont have the VS Code installed.

Rate: $65-70/hr on C2C (Not Negotiable)

FTE Salary: $110-120K plus Benefits

Who are we looking for?

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Experience:

5 years (Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent)

3 years (Masters in Computer Science or equivalent)

Technical Skills:

5 years of experience in SDET role with hands-on skillset (3 years for Masters in Comp Science)

Engineering experience with various programming languages is desired (C#, HTML, JavaScript, MSSQL, Postgres)

Automated testing experience with Mocha frameworks is mandatory.

Experience in API testing using Rest Sharp (Test Automation Tool).

Strong experience in Business Drive Development (BDD) is must

Good to have:

Domain knowledge in automotive area

Customer focused attitude with ability to ask pertinent questions to understand the root cause of the issues and identify the business impact to drive priority and response plan.
