Job Description:
Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Location : West Des Moines, IA
Duration: 6 Months contract with potential to go perm
Start Date: 10/31
Pay Rate: $19 -$20.69
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls (approx. 25 calls per day)
- Works in a professional, customer-centric, and high volume environment
- Provide customer service to customers on calls.
Requirements:
- 6 months call center experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Reliable work history
- Auto Dialer experience is plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.69 per hour
