District Social Beacon is an iconic venue in the community. Here you will find a little something for everyone. The culture of District Social Beacon is an “all-in” mentality. By this, we mean that each team member is there to help the other, and to use all available time to support the efforts and goals of the entire venue.

District Social Beacon is a great full bar with craft draft beers, live music, axe throwing, and a huge arcade. One of the hottest entertainment and live music venues in the area seeks to add a Barback. You must be an experienced barback to support our bar team.

We are only open on the weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You are required to be able to work those shifts.

Your role is that of the Barback - You will assist bartenders by keeping the bar and immediate area around the bar and the patio, clean, presentable, stocked and ready for service.

Here is what your job as an Barback entails:

• Support the bar team, setup and clean up the bar.
• Maintain the service area around the bar and patio.
• Assist with cleaning - mopping, sanitizing, taking out garbage.
• Stocking products and ice.

Specific Requirements for the Job:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Must be able to move kegs and cases for the stocking of the bar area.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must live in close vicinity of the venue.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Must be able to use all typical cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long extended periods of time.
• Must maintain a clean, neat professional appearance.
