Overview: This culinary-educated team member will train under French-trained Executive Pastry Chef, Christine. In addition to performing standard dough prep, glaze prep, making fillings, baking, and decorating, this position will also support innovation and creative collaboration to contribute to long-term product development. This team member will cross-train across all shifts to learn and understand full scope of daily production.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday & Weekends and Holidays. Morning shift (6AM-2PM). Maximum of 40 hours per week, with exception to special events where Overtime may be needed.
