We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!
This role sits within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products located in Florida.
The Lead Product Manager will report to the Sr. Manager - Technology.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to focus on critical initiatives within the Domestic Parks & Resorts portfolio. You will be accountable for intake and prioritization of Commercial requests to help drive the overall Domestic Parks Technology and Commercial Strategy. You will define and employ scoring metrics and prioritization methodologies to encourage collaborative discussion and effective prioritization of all new Commercial requests. To succeed in this role, you will maintain partnerships with Commercial Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and the Technology & Digital Platform teams to provide transparency and collaboration of new and in-flight initiatives across Domestic Parks. Combine your organizational skills with brainstorming and storytelling in this role!
- Partner and collaborate with multiple teams to capture roadmap items, prioritize, and collaboratively plan implementation
- Be a Technology & Digital leader and point of contact for the Commercial Strategy business by maintaining communication and representing them during third party and technology-focused discussions
- Be comfortable consolidating information and speaking publicly to an Executive audience
- Train, mentor, and guide other product managers
- Solve complex problems and identify innovative solution
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8 year of product management experience or similar field
- Experience working in technology within any industry, ideally within delivery and/or product management roles within a large and matrix organization
- Leadership in customer-centric vision building and requirements gathering
- Comfortability working in-person across multiple site locations within the city of Orlando
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equal experience required.
