Smith Creek Moonshine is looking for outgoing, fun, energetic, and sales-orientedpeople to join our team! We have positions open for Sales Associates. We are looking for extroverted applicants that will provide excellent guest service with a friendly, fun, and caring attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers in a fun, energetic manner at all times.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.
• Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock, and orders merchandise.

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills are a must!
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.
• Must pass background screening.

Competencies:

• Customer engagement skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Retail knowledge and experience preferred.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
