A growing healthcare company located in Newport Beach is seeking an enthusiastic executive assistant to join our Team to assist the VP Operations.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, and vendors to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the VP of Operations as directed.
Assists the VP with preparation of presentation materials and miscellaneous reports and documents.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Creates spreadsheets and completes weekly or monthly reports.
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
Establishes and maintains a system for filing and retrieving correspondence and documentation for the VP including a database of clinical information.
Able to operate a computer to develop spreadsheets, establishing data bases, to produce recurring reports or special reports as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.

Well developed organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Great verbal and written skills.
Professional discretion.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to the Marina del Rey practice location is needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
