What we’re looking for:

• Restaurant experience preferred

• Registered Food Handlers Certificate is required

• Valid TABC Certificate is required

• Must bring positivity with you to all shifts

• Outstanding people skills

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests and ensure mutual satisfaction

• Introduce our menus and describe different dishes and drinks

• Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner

• Handle complaints with patience and grace

• Must work well in team environment

• Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards

• Collaborate closely with other staff members

• Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts

• Must be punctual, self-motivated, and prepared for shifts

• Must have reliable source of transportation to and from shifts

• Ability to be productive and effective in both busy and slow times

• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time

• Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanliness

• Ability to work well under intense time pressure
