We are currently searching for a Project Manager to contribute to our mission and vision.

The Project Manager will:

• Assist project leads in managing, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of designated projects for the credit union within established time frames and budgets.

• Establish and be responsible for project scope, goals and milestones, tasks, required resources and schedules
• Track progress, prepare reports, organize and facilitate meetings
• Identify and resolve all challenges interfering with project progress, evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans
• Consult/interact with management teams, internal customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure effective project execution
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
• Support other employees managing their own projects with project management best practices
• Establish a portal/dashboard available to all employees showing the status of projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

A successful candidate will possess:

• 3 years’ experience of independent project management or large subset of multiple projects
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and conflict management skills
• Effective interpersonal skills to deal with a range/variety of people
• Strong project and organizational skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables
• Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
• Works independently, as well as a team player
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including Finance and Accounting, Operations, and Branch-, Applications- and Technical-Support
• Financial Services Experience Preferred
• PMP Certification Preferred
