Direct Connect Logistix is Hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Near Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the hiring manager to facilitate the hiring process. This role is accountable for leading efforts in sourcing, selecting, and hiring while providing consultation and recommendations based on business knowledge and strategies. An effective approach should combine solid people’s judgment and the ability to measure candidates against established job requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, an energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization Consults with management to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified position(s). Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications Own Applicant Tracking System during recruitment and onboarding process Assist HR team with New Hire Orientation and other additional projects Understand and promote our employment brand; leverage the brand in all aspects of talent acquisition Host and participate in job fairs and other career events. Job Requirements Education/Experience BA or BS degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred 3 years of successful full-cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate or staffing agency environment preferred Ability to succeed with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take strong initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including technology, tools, and processes. Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables. Ability to work comfortably and effectively with other team members and upper management. Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals in a timely manner. Skills Required This person should be highly motivated, urgency driven, and have superior written and verbal communication skills to succeed at this position. Must have strong relationship-building, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate in a positive manner. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to work with others along with working independently. Must be detail-oriented and must meet scheduled deadlines. Ability to multi-task in completing scheduled activities along with additional assigned activities. Punctuality and a good work ethic are critical.
