The System Administrator (SA) will be responsible for the system level agreements (SLAs) and in maintaining the backup recovery, testing DR plans bi-annually, and performing day-to-day administration tasks. SA is accountable for setting up Splunk Forwarders, monitoring Linux systems, and performing disaster recovery (DR) and backup activities. SA will work with the Information System Security (ISS) personnel create system boundaries, collect, and manage asset inventories, and create, update, and manage system interconnection/information, sharing and managing asset inventories. SA will provide technical analysis and remediation support services to SOs and Tech leads to address vulnerabilities discovered on public-facing websites. SA will be responsible for providing governance and assist security officers (SO) with System Categorization. SA will engage with key stake holders and be expected to collaborate with government personnel on occasion.
