Dimo’s Pizza is opening Dimo’s Cafe in Lincoln Square, and we are searching for go-getters who go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate experience for our customers. The perfect candidates are eager to grow and metamorphosize alongside our ever-growing company. The shifts for this position will begin upon the opening of our new location in December 2022.

Responsibilities

• Making and serving cocktails and drinks in accordance with customer need 
• Operate POS and cash register as needed
• Taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons 
• Balance walk-in and delivery business needs
• Keep work area clean and tidy up to Chicago health code standards 
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Restock and reset after each shift
• Light prep work of garnishes etc
• Assist in other departments as needed

Skills/Abilities required

• Passion for beverage
• Must be able to stay on feet for prolonged period of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs 
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good prioritization and planning skills
• Can stay calm under pressure
• Belief in the greater good
• Problem solving skills
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Solid knowledge of beverages
