The web developer creates web pages by working with others in the development team and account service to plan, execute and maintain sites to include advising on and upgrading service and speed of site.

Principal duties include:

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

- Integrate data from various back-end services

- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

- Create and maintain software documentation

- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling websites

- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Your role within the company:

- To have proven working experience in web programming

- Have top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

- Have familiarity with JavaScript

- Have a solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

- Have adequate knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and web application development

- Have aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

- Have strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

- Have the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

- Perform all activities with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner.

- Take detailed notes in meetings (internal and external).

- Review creative briefs, revision work orders, and other documentation to formulate all work.

- Use strong organizational and time management skills in all aspects of work.

- Performs all other duties as assigned.
