Full-time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible homecare Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be able to perform clerical and administrative functions, provide customer service, work with attention to detail, and answer inbound phone calls. They should be able to possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with staff, clients, and office visitors. This is a full-time position.

If you have previous experience in Human Resources and familiarity with within the homecare industry, that would be preferred, and we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

 Answer and route phone calls

Organize and maintain client records

New client intake, typically over the phone

Organize and maintain client intakes and binders

Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Provide general support to visitors

Back up scheduler

Assist in Human Resources when needed

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, and fax machines

Proficiency in (MS Xcel MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

High School diploma and additional qualifications as Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Some Human Resources experience preferred

Starting Pay $20 per hour
