Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst with HR Generalist experience to join our Human Resources department in our Boca Raton Office. The incumbent will be accountable for establishing and maintaining HR analytics, reporting strategy, Assists the HR Department in carrying out various Human Resources programs and procedures in the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high-performance. In addition to employment experience processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, payroll processing, employee relations and performance management. 

Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with HR manger to support strategic direction on all aspects of HR including onboarding, termination, compliance, benefits administration, leave of absence management, performance management, employee relations and payroll.
  • Review payroll process, includes review detail of employee changes and transactions before and after payroll is transmitted.
  • Assist with Training, Internship and Mentoring programs
  • Oversee the internal and external Data Feeds for invoice and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Manage all LOA, FMLA, ADA requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Reporting experience, within professional services or financial services industry experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookup, macros, charts & graphs) is a must
  • Analytical by nature with an ability to utilize performance indicators, spreadsheets, and other relevant information to effectively analyze data and make sound business decisions/recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with ADP strongly preferred
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects while also thriving within a team setting
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; proactive with excellent follow through on short and long-term projects
