Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Finance Specialist will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices, tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating aging reports in a timely manner. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with various levels of management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices Gather enrollment, update excel sheets Actively collaborate with the PEO team and the Atlanta finance team Manage the invoicing process and receipt of payment. Follow up on collections Interact with clients to resolve outstanding issues Reconcile invoices and do client account reconciliations Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing Review and process vendor invoices Perform additional administrative duties as requested or assigned Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Proficient in Excel Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together Ability to meet strict deadlines Effective verbal and written communications Demonstrated customer-service orientation Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills Excellent problem-solving skills Education, Training and Experience: A/BS in Accounting or Business, preferred 3 years of experience Thank you for your interest in joining the OneDigital team!
