Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Benefit Enrollment Specialist is primarily responsible for delivering presentations and educating clients’ employees on the open enrollment process and their benefits package for the plan year. Additionally, the Specialist will work with clients to ensure presentations and educational materials are available for reference throughout the year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Become subject matter expert on our processes, services, plan designs and products Maintain a full understanding of all technology systems used for enrollment processes Travel to client offices to conduct open enrollment presentations for employees Educate client employees on their benefit plans and how to enroll Conduct educational workshops and client health fairs for client employees Works closely to support Account Managers to ensure smooth enrollment process Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 75-80% travel required, both within California and to neighboring states Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to present effectively to audiences of all sizes Effective relationship builder Positive, can-do attitude Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change and a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish), preferred Education, Training and Experience: College degree required, preferred 3 years’ experience preparing presentations and presenting to large audiences, required; 5 years’ preferred Valid California Life and Health license, required Thank you for your interest in joining the OneDigital team!
