Position Summary

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation and effectiveness of all training programs and initiatives. The person in this role will provide knowledge and insight for the development of training programs, facilitate, and supervise a wide variety of training programs that ensure continual education and development of all staff and Dickey’s Family Brands restaurants and its affiliates.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop, conduct, and oversee all training programs and systems (digital, written, classroom)
• Lead classroom-style and in-store training courses for new restaurant franchise owners, corporate employees, and company store employees
• Identify gaps in knowledge/skills, launches and implementation; recommend resolutions
• Strategic management and coordination of restaurant and Home Office training initiatives
• Evaluate the results of training initiatives and modify training as needed
• Drive store performance and the guest experience through training
• Protect integrity of the brand by teaching and supporting performance in areas including but not limited product quality, guest experience, cleanliness and profitability
• Enforce training compliance at all levels
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, tracking, reporting, collecting fees and handling escalations of non-compliance

Prerequisites and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of restaurant management
• 2 - 5 years of training experience
• Strong computer acumen
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability and willingness to respond and support outside of traditional work hours
