About this role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to help us build a cutting-edge integration, app marketplace, and developer platform experience. We already have many existing integrations and app partners, but we’re looking to expand and make it easy for anyone to use voice, video, or messaging services. Today, we have amazing and unique capabilities, but we need you to help us take it to the next level. You’ll partner with designers across our product suites to bring the Dialpad difference to our customers where they’re at.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will:
Foster a culture of innovationBe a thought leader within the organization, facilitating workshops, driving alignment between many teams, and pushing the boundaries of how our customers can interact and utilize Dialpad.
Shape Dialpad through the eyes of our customersConduct user research and competitive benchmarking, leveraging findings to define mental models which determine where we can strengthen our offering to solve real customer pain.
Create truly end-to-end experiencesWorking with our customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams, you will craft end-to-end experiences inside and outside Dialpad that form differentiated new product offerings and features. You will design workflows and detailed interactions to realize them, partnering with various teams to bring it fruition.
Design for delight and qualitySketch, prototype and test ideas to quickly assess their viability and then sweat the details on interaction design, visual design and micro-interactions. Contribute to our Design System “Dialtone”.
