About the Role This role reports to the Head of Net Revenue Manager for ANZ and will be part of a team whose vision and outcome is To create sustainable value through price benefit, gross margin and share that covers inflation, with: Bold & consistent headline and net price delivery; Data driven promotional effectiveness; & balanced mix and pack architecture. What does this role look like for you? To be part of an engaged and talented team in Diageo Australia, as Revenue Management continues to be critical in navigating the business through a very challenging pricing and inflationary environment. To manage the CPI Process and pricing Execution, hand in hand with the NRM Strategy Manager. This involves ensuring we have robust processes for the execution of pricing decisions, particularly around CPI; developing processes that allow control and compliance but enable speed of decision making and improved efficiency. Significant amount of strategic Business partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Category and Commercial Finance to drive value through pricing and promotional effectiveness insights; as well as partnering with the Head of FP&R, Finance Director, and shared services financial control for internal reporting purposes. On-going creation of sustainable value through day-to-day and adhoc detailed pricing analysis; promotional effectiveness and pack architecture Ownership of the GMIN Process for the business and overseeing of the CDL process working with the financial control team. Supporting the NRM Strategy Manager with the running and management of Consumer Pricing Committee (CPC) by linking both pricing governance and strategy for business making decisions. Role Requirements 5 years of relevant working experience High level of accountability and efficiency to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Well-developed ability to influence stakeholders across other teams (internal, global and Shared Services) to drive business strategies and initiatives. High proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Excel, Anaplan, and track record of dynamic budget management Possess a high numerate and analytical nature with strong attention to detail.
