SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for working with the HR team and Operations to continuously improve the overall employee experience while supporting the implementation for Employee Engagement programs.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in executing the employee engagement agenda, including the creation of internal campaigns, launch of various projects and key events for corporate locations and all distribution centers.
• Assists in executing the internal recognition programs such as Appreciation Week, Employee of the Year and Long
• Service Awards. Responsible for ordering and shipping recognition kits to employee’s locations and distribution centers.
• Assists with design and animation of presentation PowerPoints, PDF decks, and educational content of HR initiatives and cultural development to serve the diverse workforce.
• Coordinates DC Reward Program in partnership with Distribution Center Operations by running reports, onboarding new employees, and ordering materials.
• Assembling employee kits and shipment to various locations.
• Contributes to ad-hoc projects as necessary.
   
  REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Video skills desirable.
• Willingness to learn and “can-do” attitude.
• Must be personable, able to work pleasantly with a variety of people, and service oriented.
• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Ability to track and follow up on details.
   
  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Pursuing a bachelor degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regular sitting at work station for 25 – 75% of the work shift
• Frequent standing and walking
• Travel required (<5%)
