What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter / Talent Acquisition position at DH Pace?
DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a results-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle all facets of Recruiting based at our Denver, Colorado office. Partner with managers to help build our service, warehouse, and administrative teams, who in-turn, provide an efficient and favorable experience for our customers. You'll employ creative sourcing strategies, genuine curiousity, and a focus on a positive candidate experience to bring the best people to our team. We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience coupled with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Position Overview:
- Utilize full-life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience for Talent Acquisition and to manage requisitions for multiple offices
- Partner with managers to hire employees across the Mountain region for: various levels of skilled installers and service technicians, warehouse associates, administration, and manager requisitions
- Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent
- Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and serve as applicants’ primary point of contact throughout the evaluation process, ensuring a positive experience
- Professionally represent Company at recruiting events; community hiring events, college career fairs, etc.
Qualifications:
- Career focused Recruiter with minimum of three (3) years’ full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience coupled with Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
- Must be an excellent communicator, have strong organizational and time management skills and have experience successfully juggling multiple responsibilities
- Travel opportunities (up to 5 days/quarter) to Mountain region locations for various recruiting activities and/or to foster relationships with schools, and attend career/job fairs (both virtual and in-person) to conduct interviews; mileage will be reimbursed for all work-related travel
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation for this position: From $60k annually based on experience
