About the Role

Are you looking for a meaningful career in Human Resources in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? 

DGA is looking to add a forward-thinking HR partner to our top-notch HR team. This role is responsible for building and executing a human action plan to help the business achieve its goals. The role will provide full-cycle HR support across the talent, leadership, culture, and organizational space. The successful candidate is a self-starter who understands how to integrate the HR areas into business execution while coaching and influencing leaders for future growth. As the lead HR partner for this business, this is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to influence, coach, and guide the organization through change toward growth.

About The Team

The Senior HR Generalist is the main point of contact at the Manhattan office but has a highly collaborative and supportive team that will ensure you are successful. The HR team is a high-performing group of HR professionals who are supportive, creative, and friendly while performing at our peak. 

 What you’ll do:

  • Employee Relations Champion 
  • Lead new hire onboarding, support site engagement plans, coaching of managers and employees 
  • Develop and deploy HR solutions to support business growth (performance management, leadership capability, etc.)
  • Serve as a cultural champion to ensure our DGA values come to life while ensuring a highly engaged workforce

Success in this role looks like

  • Coaching and consulting managers on talent, leadership, and culture topics to drive a highly engaged workforce 
  • Enabling growth through processes and solutions to support the team at DGA 

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • HR Generalist/HR Manager experience supporting employees and coaching leaders/teams 
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, and organizational development to support business goals 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes and coach leaders and employees across different levels 
  • HR Competencies: Business Acumen, Change Management, Strategic Positioner, HR Innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
