Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required

Salary Range: Up to $210K **salary is commensurate with education and experience**

Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
• Significant hands-on experience with VMWare Hypervisor, Microsoft Server 2023, and MacOS products.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing VMware vSphere and Window server environments.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies including ESXi, vCenter, vSan, and NSX.
• IT experience in installing and provisioning hardware and software running VMWare and Windows server products.
• Demonstrated understanding of Windows Active Directory services and configurations.
• Demonstrated experience to design, deploy, configure, and maintain VMWare vSphere and ESXi environments.
• Skills to architect and implement best practices for virtualization, security and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy, configure and manage a standalone system containing VMWare and Microsoft server 2023.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated work experience to architect, manage and allocate CPU, memory, and storage resources.
• Knowledge to Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.
• Provide design and implementation recommendations to virtualize the MacLAN services to include storage, access, containerization, etc.
• Assist MacLAN O&M team and the Scarlet Witch Development team with solutions and recommendations regarding VMWare and Microsoft Server architecting, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Track, coordinate, and document changes to MacLAN system, functional, and feature requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Program Management, MacLAN and Scarlet Witch teams.
• Conduct architectural and vendor trade studies as tasked by PM and make recommendations.
• Assist in identifying and coordinating the purchasing of MacLAN hardware and software products.
• Prepare or assist in preparing briefing charts in support of A&A processes, overview briefs, and technology trade studies.
• Assist in developing MacLAN workstation refresh plans.
• Support program meetings, demonstrations, and activities and provide technical and program recommendations.
• Assist in updating and renewing MacLAN and standalone A&A's as required for approval.
