Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required

Salary Range: Up to $200K**salary is commensurate with education and experience**

Job Summary

Assist with maintenance of existing legacy applications and transition to a new system architecture. Location is the Reston area.

Experience Needed:

  • Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
  • Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
  • Demonstrated experience learning details of a legacy application.
  • Demonstrated experience providing basic user and application administrative support
  • Provide a central point of contact between the user and Sponsor for the legacy application to resolve issues at the lowest practical support level.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through timely, open and interactive communication.
  • Focus on issue to resolve when users are unhappy or complaining.
  • Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to the Application developers.
