Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, scheduling and training a team of technicians as well as performing hands on work. Areas of responsibility include installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining of production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. The candidate is also responsible for the management of projects, solicitation of bids, and other vendor services.

Requirements

The Maintenance Supervisor position requires a technical degree and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Must be able to direct the workforce to achieve plant initiatives and perform multiple projects as assigned. Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task; must possess excellent communication skills.
