We are looking for aLogistics Coordinatorto handle the administrative side of shipping equipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and pick up of equipment through Outlook.
• Enter and update deal paperwork.
• Process equipment relocations.
• Prepare ready equipment and ship out notifications.
• Process signed paperwork.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good collaboration and team work abilities.
