DEX Imaging is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Bradenton, FL

We are looking for aContract Administratorto compile, verify, process and maintain contract data. Your job will be to support and assist other departments with any contract issues and questions. The Contract Administrator should be organized, able to multitask with ease, and have strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of all recurring contract records.
  • Handle contract renewals timely and accurately; includes data entry and review.
  • Enter meter readings.
  • Process contract credits/debits and changes, also machine relocations.
  • Work with Service Managers and AR collectors in regards to cancellations, termination fees, etc.
  • Responsible for all contract group emails and voicemails being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Contract Supervisor as a problem solver and for escalation of issues.

Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma required and at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service experience via email and phone.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as a productive team member.
