Dewolff, Boberg & Associates Inc is Hiring a Senior HR Generalist Near Dallas, TX

Senior Human Resources Generalist Job Duties:

  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information. Works with operations management on staffing requirements and analyzes schedule details to optimize consultant utilization and project coverage. Successfully coordinate and schedule 100 full time management consultants.
  • Manages the employee performance review schedules/cycles.
  • Administers the compensation program and handles sensitive salary information.
  • Performs benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting, approving contracts for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping sensitive employee information confidential.
  • Assist HR Manager, as needed, with employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action programs; files EEO-1 report annually. Reports and logs to confirm to EEO regulations.
  • Organize, schedule and plan annual company meeting.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation. Anticipates legislation, enforces adherence to requirements and advises management on necessary actions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational industry related opportunities.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Senior Human Resources Generalist Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, employment/labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Cornerstone Training & Development – design & working knowledge of this system
  • ExponentHR (HR database) experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborative individual with ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues
  • Previous staff/matrix scheduling experience
  • Performance management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong self-starter who is a team player and goal oriented
  • Adeptness in learning new software systems
