P&C licensed agents needed! $1,000-$3,000 hiring bonus if P&C licensed, depending on experience.
Looking for a great career sales opportunity? Insurance sales representatives are in demand. The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to both existing and prospective clients. Success in this role is based on individual motivation with a hunger to win.
We pay a competitive base salary with generous commission opportunities and room for growth! Salary plus commission and bonus 70-100K first year.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

- Meet new business production goals and objectives
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Present and explain product options based upon client needs and personal goals
- Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities
- Promote the agency referral program
- Maintain knowledge of new products
Requirements
- Will need to work towards licenses including: P&C and Life and Disability. We will help you!
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful
- Exudes an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented individual
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
