If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Human Resources Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As the Human Resources Manager at DSC you will provide support to the agency through employee relations, new employee orientation, management of the HRIS, benefits administration, safety compliance and workers’ comp case management, and recruitment. You will also be responsible for HR recordkeeping, reporting and communications, and administration of COBRA and FMLA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and/or Human Resources certification preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Previous experience with an HRIS or comparative management information system.

HOURS:

• 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
