Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is seeking a Supervisor for 2 neighborhood homes for adults with disabilities in Arcola and Charleston, IL.
- Hire, train and coach Caregivers / DSPs
- Complete recordkeeping and administrative tasks
- Coordinate medical appointments and fun activities for clients
Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
- Experience working in healthcare or adult care preferred
- High school education or equivalent required
- Driver's license required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must pass a background check
