Overview
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for addressing information security risks to the Deutsche Bank global IT, as a security engineer, you will play a key technical role on our security information and event management (SIEM) engineering team within the Global Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Designs and plans the execution of new Splunk technology and features, including Cloud
Represents CSO SIEM program for security monitoring topics/issues for different programs, audits, and processes, including Cloud (e.g., GCP)
Drives security remediation of critical audit findings, including regulatory, internal, and external audit findings
Oversees the execution of specific solutions that align with program application goals, conducting complex research where necessary to determine trends that may impact the platform and program
Qualify, analyze, and prioritize demands (threat driven data sources, high threat high risk business and infrastructure applications, data enhancements, features), coordinating 100 plus data source onboardings/enhancements/features monthly to meet annual key performance indicators, key risk indicators
Contribute and participate in daily updates/scrums, meetings, and workshops for different projects, including Cloud
Your Skills and Experience:
Previous relevant experience in security engineering and architecture with a focus in cybersecurity
Proven data manipulation and data reconciliation expertise, using SIEM such as Splunk
Proven IT security, risk and project management experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams working on large-scale cybersecurity projects
Ability to operate across complex organizations and interface with various stakeholders and diverse levels of leadership
Knowledge and experience working with financial institutions
